1. Introduction

Welcome to Project Scale Up. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the payment portal at pay.projectscaleup.in. By accessing our services or making a payment through our portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Project Scale Up is a service offered by Fit Guy Next Door Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India.

2. Services Offered

Project Scale Up provides done-for-you sales and leads growth services for fitness coaches and related professionals. Our service offerings include:

• ScaleUp Foundation: Entry-level sales and content support package
• ScaleUp Accelerator: Premium tier including managed Meta advertising campaigns
• Custom service engagements as agreed in writing with individual clients

All services are delivered remotely. Specific deliverables, timelines, and outcomes are documented in individual client agreements.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment for our services may be made through the secure payment portal at pay.projectscaleup.in, which is processed through Cashfree Payments. We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and select wallets.

Payment links are issued by our authorized sales representatives and are valid for the specific opportunity, amount, and customer detailed on the link. Payment confirmation triggers service onboarding within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. Service Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, our Client Success team will reach out within one business day to schedule a kickoff call and begin onboarding. Service delivery timelines and milestones are communicated during the kickoff process.

Clients are expected to provide reasonable cooperation, including timely access to required accounts, content, and information necessary for service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Project Scale Up, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Grant necessary access to platforms required for service delivery (such as Meta Business Manager, CRM systems, etc.)
• Respond to communications and requests for input within reasonable timeframes
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, including those of advertising platforms used

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver excellent results for our clients, Project Scale Up does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or client acquisition outcomes. Marketing and sales results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, client cooperation, product quality, and platform policies, many of which are outside our direct control.

Our total liability under any client engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service period in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, frameworks, and creative assets developed by Project Scale Up remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

Client-provided content, branding, and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
